It's been a good minute since I've posted on Newgrounds. Quite a few things have happened in the past several months, between new job prospects, workflow changes, etc. The first thing I want to mention is my recent switch from Windows to Mac as both my daily driver and creative productions, and with this change also comes my switch to Logic Pro X. Ironic that despite how much I hate Apple as a company (personal vendetta; I used to work for Apple before they fired me for stupid bullshit), and how laughable their product line has become in terms of hardware, I do love their software. Learning my way around Logic has been an absolute joy, and I don't plan on switching again anytime soon.

Life update - I did something pretty bad regarding my current day job. Nothing that will affect me technically, but I ended up betraying a few of my co-workers and put their jobs on the line. I feel terrible for that, though most of my co-workers have forgiven me, which has helped to some degree in making me feel less guilty. Regardless, I've set out to switch jobs. Perhaps running away from all the personal drama isn't the best option, but the only way I feel will help me move past my mistake and live it down.

BIG KAHUNA UPDATE - In the nearly ten years that I've been striving to make my mark as a composer, I've finally landed a big opportunity that I hope could serve as a launchpad for even bigger things. The Youtube channel Star Wars Theory is making a Darth Vader fan film/web series, and after a grueling month of auditions, I've been chosen as the film's composer.

Here's the announcement video -

And here's a walkthrough of one of my audition pieces that got me the job -
